Solution- Stop Intuit sync manager from running and erase the sync settings
- Click on the up arrow on your taskbar to reveal the system tray containing Intuit Sync Manager icon.
- Right-click on the Intuit Sync Manager icon to see the list of all your company files.
- Choose the company file that you were using when this error developed and click on the Sync Enabled menu.
- Tap the Disable option in the list.
- Select all the company files individually and repeat the steps above.
